Unfortunately, phone technology is advanced but it isn’t magic if your phone isn’t talking to the network or if you haven’t turned on Find My Phone, then the technological solution is probably not going to work. If your phone doesn’t have service (and thus a connection to the Internet) or if you don’t have an activated and working iCloud account, then these solutions are not going to work for you.
